Politics may be a favourite choice for many stars of glamour world but the path is far beyond the wishlist of Miss India Universe 2008 Simran Kaur.
"I don't have interest in politics. It's not a question of whether a model should join politics or not. It actually depends on a person whether one wants to go to that direction or keep distance from it," responded the glamour girl when asked whether she would agree to become a star campaigner if offered by any political party.
"At present I am concentrating only on films and fashion shows," added Simran who was in the city for the promotion of a fashion store.
The 5'10" diva of ramp thinks Indian professionals have bright prospect in fashion world as the country is a "power house" in terms of producing good models.
"Indian girls have been winning beauty contests all over the world because they have beauty with added values such as politeness and natural style quotient," said the sassy lass.
Speaking about her favourite game Basketball, the model said she would love to do some thing for the promotion of the game which was her passion earlier.
Cricket and tennis are given more importance than any other game in the country but Basketball used to be my passion, Simran said.
